Accessibility statement
TLinked is committed to a website that works for everyone, including users of assistive technology.
Our standard
TLinked targets conformance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for this website. As a company that serves federal missions, we treat accessibility as an engineering requirement, not an afterthought.
What we implement
- Semantic HTML structure with one clear H1 per page and logical heading order
- Full keyboard operability, including menus and mobile navigation, with visible focus states
- Color contrast meeting or exceeding WCAG 2.1 AA on text and interactive elements
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
- Labeled form fields and clear error/notice messaging
- Support for reduced-motion preferences
- Accessible PDF targets for published documents
Known limitations
Some linked third-party resources (for example, external verification services or official government sites) are outside TLinked's control. Where a published document is not yet fully accessible, we will provide the information in an alternative format on request.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, or need content in an alternative format, contact us:

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback promptly and to resolve verified issues as a priority.
This statement covers the public website tlinked.com. A formal conformance evaluation (Section 508 / WCAG audit) is scheduled as part of the production launch checklist.
