A.1.13 — Fair Opportunity and Requests for Quotes
In practical terms
SEWP VI delivery orders are placed under FAR 16.505. Under FAR 16.505(b), each awardee in a multiple-award contract category must generally be provided a fair opportunity to be considered for orders, subject to the exceptions set out in FAR 16.505(b)(2). Your Request for Quote is distributed through NASA SEWP's quote request tools to Category C contract holders, and responses are evaluated by your ordering office. TLinked responds within its awarded scope and capability set.

Installation & Implementation
TLinked provides installation, configuration, integration, deployment, transition, and implementation support when included within the applicable SEWP VI order. Services are performed according to the scope, schedule, acceptance criteria, security requirements, and performance terms established by the ordering agency.
