Information we collect
- Information you provide — contact and careers forms collect name, email, organization, area of interest, and your message. Do not submit sensitive personal information (SSNs, dates of birth, medical information, clearance details) through public forms; we do not request it.
- Technical information — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) used for security monitoring and site operation.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and route them to the right team (federal, SEWP PMO, careers)
- To consider candidates who join our Talent Network, with their consent
- To operate, secure, and improve the website
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use public site forms to collect sensitive personal data.
- We do not share your information with third parties except service providers that operate our website and business systems under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
Careers and recruiting data
Candidate information submitted through our recruiting workflows is stored in a restricted repository with access limited to recruiting staff. Candidate records are retained per our recruiting retention schedule and deleted on verified request where the law allows.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose it was submitted, and we protect it with access controls aligned to our ISO 9001:2015-governed management system and security practices.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through this site by contacting Federal@TLinked.com.
Changes
We will post updates to this policy on this page with a revised effective date.
