What SEWP VI is
NASA's Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) is one of the government's most-used ICT acquisition vehicles, known for fast ordering, low fees, and strong program-office support. SEWP VI is the newest generation: NASA has awarded contracts and anticipates a November 1, 2026 go-live (confirm current status on the official SEWP VI site).
What Category C covers
SEWP VI organizes contract holders into categories. Category C is the services-oriented scope — enterprise-wide ICT and mission services such as security engineering, cloud and infrastructure work, network engineering, and IT operations. TLinked holds Category C contract 80TECH26D1602.
Fair opportunity in practice
Delivery orders under SEWP follow FAR 16.505 fair-opportunity procedures: your RFQ goes to category contract holders through SEWP's tools, responses are evaluated by your ordering office, and awards are documented at the order level.
